Organisational Psychology | Coaching Psychology

I’m a consulting psychologist who helps organisations change their culture through team design. In essence, I support leaders to get their teams’ design and supporting structures right to ensure better business outcomes. As an accredited coaching psychologist, I help people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. My background is in organisational psychology, coaching and psychometrics. I also facilitate in the Graduate Diploma of Psychology program at The University of Adelaide.

I’ve worked with clients including Woodside Energy, the Australian Antarctic Division, Lego Europe, BHP Iron Ore, South 32, ATCO Australia, Cushman & Wakefield, St John Ambulance, Queensland Police, Department of Mines & Petroleum and 100s of individuals.

I am a registered Psychologist, an accredited member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, a member of the Association for Coaching, the British Psychological Society Division of Coaching Psychology and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
