Coaching Psychologist Organisational Consultant

Creating organisations and lifestyles that work.

In my work with organisations, I help leaders develop their wellbeing strategy and build engagement. I also help teams get their design and supporting structures right to ensure great outcomes. As a coaching psychologist, I help people close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. I provide the space for people to connect with what matters to them and to translate what emerges into practical solutions.

My work is informed by experience in organisational consulting, investment banking, the legal industry, the arts, and through 10 years working abroad. I am a registered Psychologist, a member of the International Society for Coaching Psychology, the Association for Coaching, the British Psychological Society Special Interest Group in Coaching Psychology and the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

My consulting and coaching philosophy is person-centred, seeing my clients as experts on themselves. I work with people who want to learn how to live really well. For me, the foundation of this is about having a healthy lifestyle, great relationships and a fulfilling career.  My role is to help people connect to what’s naturally there for them and to support them to build more fulfilling lives.
