Spending time in nature has a positive impact on our physical and mental well-being. Being grounded in nature lowers stress levels and creates the conditions for creative thinking and problem-solving – the perfect environment for a coaching conversation.
Clients often have questions about taking coaching outdoors. Before we get started we will go through a comprehensive contracting conversation to address any concerns you have and to discuss a Plan B in case of poor weather.
where do we go?
Our sessions are held in inner Melbourne at places like the Botanical Garden, Albert Park or beside the River or Beach. Outdoor coaching by phone is an option if you are located somewhere else.
do i need to be fit?
Coaching outdoors sessions are designed to meet you at your level of fitness. We will typically be walking at a gentle pace for 30 – 45 minutes across easy terrain.
How to get started
Outdoor coaching is offered as packages of 3 or 6 sessions scheduled in advance.
