A psychologist who helps organisations change their culture through leadership coaching and team development, I help leaders take time to focus on what matters. We pause “the work” to realign to the work that needs to be done. My background is in organisational psychology, coaching and psychometrics. 

I work with CEOs, senior leaders and emerging leaders who want to develop their own capability or that of their teams. We generate a thinking partnership to identify areas of focus and meaningful objectives. At times we’ll apply psychology concepts or team science to help find solutions to more complex challenges. We keep track of your progression, adapting to the complexity of your specific workplace context as it evolves. 

I’ve worked with clients including Woodside Energy, the Australian Antarctic Division, Lego Europe, BHP Iron Ore, South 32, ATCO Australia, Cushman & Wakefield, St John Ambulance, Queensland Police, Department of Mines & Petroleum. I also facilitate on the Graduate Diploma of Psychology program at The University of Adelaide.
