A psychologist who helps organisations change their culture through leadership coaching and team development, I help leaders take time to focus on what matters. We pause “the work” to realign to the work that needs to be done. My background is in organisational psychology, coaching and psychometrics. I’m a Non-Executive Director for the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine.
I work with CEOs, senior leaders and emerging leaders who want to develop their own capability or that of their teams. We generate a thinking partnership to identify areas of focus and meaningful objectives. At times we’ll apply psychology concepts or team science to help find solutions to more complex challenges. We keep track of your progression, adapting to the complexity of your specific workplace context as it evolves.
